Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• This competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years and older, excluding employees and immediate family members of New World.

2. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must follow these steps:
  • Browse our website New World and spot a pair of hidden bunny ears.
  • Share a screenshot of the product to your Instagram and/or Facebook page tagging us.
  • Follow our Instagram page @newworld.za and/or our Facebook page @New World Menlyn.

3. Entry Period:

• The competition begins on 26/03/2024 and ends at midnight on 1/04/2024. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries and announced on 8/4/2024. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prize:

• The winner will receive one of the products featuring the bunny ears on the New World website. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.

6. Notification:

• The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram/Facebook within 14 days of the winner announcement. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

7. Publicity:

• By entering this competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes related to the competition, without additional compensation.

8. Data Protection:

• Personal information provided during entry may be used by New World for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner. By entering, participants agree to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information for these purposes.

9. General Conditions:

• New World reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law:

• This competition is governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
