The 20cm chef's knife has a wide, flat blade, making it easy to chop not only vegetables and fresh herbs, but also to smoothly cut fish and meat. Both knives have FRIODUR ice-hardened blades which makes them particularly robust and corrosion-resistant. The ergonomic plastic handle is perfectly balanced to ensure fatigue free working.
