HERITAGE BRAAI COMPETITION SEPTEMBER – T&Cs

Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years and older, excluding employees and immediate family members of New World.

2. How to Enter: To participate, follow these steps:

• Follow our Instagram page @newworld.za and/or our Facebook page @New World Menlyn.
• Share the competition on your story, tagging @newworld.za or @New World Menlyn.
• Comment on the competition post with your braai recipe.

1. Entry Period: The competition starts on 6 September 2024 and ends at midnight on 30 September 2024. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

2. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries and announced during the week of 7 October 2024. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Prize: The winner will receive a braai hamper valued at R4500. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.

4. Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram/Facebook within 7 days of the winner announcement. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

5. Publicity: By entering this competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes related to the competition, without additional compensation.

6. Data Protection: Personal information provided during entry may be used by New World for administering the competition and contacting the winner. By entering, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information for these purposes.

7. General Conditions: New World reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law: This competition is governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
